71. Uzaktan Etki (Psikokinezi) Deneyleri

Bilimsel yaklaşım hareketi 1848’de ABD’de başladı. Parapsikoloji alanında sistematik çalışmaların başlaması ise, 1882’de İngiltere’de, Psişik Araştırmalar Derneği’nin (Society for Psychical Research) kurulmasıyla başlar. Çok geçmeden, 1887deki üyeleri arasında dönemin saygın bilimadamları da bulunur hale geldi. Bunlar arasında fizikçi J.J.Thomson, Madam Curie ve Lord Rayleight, felsefeci Henri Bergson, William McDougal, nöropsikiyarist William James, biyolog Alfred Russell Wallace, William Crookes, Gilbert Murray gibi dahiler sayılabilir.

75. Parapsikologlar Münevver için iz peşinde

Kamuoyunda büyük yankı uyandıran Münevver Karabulut cinayetinde katili bulmak için parapsikologlar da seferber oldu. Bu girişimi Sultan Tarlacı adındaki bir nörolog başlattı ve ABD’deki ünlü durugörü uzmanlarından araştırma için olumlu yanıtlar aldı. Tarlacı şimdi Türkiye’de bu tür yetenekleri olanları cinayet üzerinde yoğunlaşmaya çağırıyor. Mart ayından beri sadece medyada değil, insanların kendi arasında yaptığı sohbetlerde bile en çok Münevver Karabulut’un adı geçti. Evde, sokakta, kafede, kabul günlerinde bile herkes, 18 yaşındaki genç kızın vahşice katledilmesini konuşuyor. Emniyet birimleri gerekli çabayı gösterdiklerini açıklasa da başta baba Süreyya Karabulut olmak üzere kamuoyu kayıplara karışan katil zanlısı Cem G.’nin bir an evvel yakalanmasını bekliyor. Bu amaca hizmet etme iddiasıyla TV programlarından adli tıp uzmanlarının kişisel incelemelerine kadar birçok girişimde bulunuluyor. Geçen hafta Münevver’in katilini arayan gruplara bir yenisi daha eklendi. Artık Cem G.’yi sadece emniyet birimleri değil parapsikolojik yetenekleri olan kişiler de arayacak.

77. Uzaktangörünün Askeri Kullanımı ve Bugünü

1955 yılında halka açılan CIA raporları ile, CIA'nın duyu dışı algılamaya (duyu dışı algılama) veya uzaktan görüye (RV, remote viewing) olan ilgili açık oalrak algılandı. RV üzerine 22 yıl süre ile resmi olarak çalışılmıştı. Ön çalışmalar 1972 yılında başlamıştı. 1977-1995'de en aktif dönem olarak çalıştılar. CIA, süreki olarak RV konusunda yeterli bilgi olmadığını iddia ederek, psişik araştırmaları önemsiz göstermiştir. Fakat gizli olarak 16 yıl süresinde bu konuda 20 milyon dolardan fazla harcama yapmış ve 80 bin sayfalık bir arşiv oluşturmuştur.

78. II. Uluslararası parapsikoloji konferansındaki konuşmamım deşifresi: 24 Mayıs 2009

Sevgili konuklarımız, şimdi de, kendi ülkemizden değerli bir bilim adamını dinleyeceğiz. Konferansımıza Sn. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı’nın “Psikiyatri ve Bilişsel Sinir Bilimlerinde Kuantum Görüşüne Duyulan İhtiyaç” başlıklı konuşmasıyla devam ediyoruz. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı 1995 yılında tıp doktoru, 2000 yılında nöroloji uzmanı oldu. 2000 yılında Beyin Araştırmaları Derneği “Araştırma-Teşvik Ödülü”nü, 2001 yılında “TÜBİTAK Beyin Araştırmaları Derneği Araştırma Teşvik Ödülü”nü ve 2003 yılında Türkiye Gazeteciler Derneği “Sedat Simavi Sağlık Bilimleri Ödülü”nü almıştır. Tük Nöroloji Derneği adı altında hizmet veren Nörolojik Yoğun Bakım ve Kognitif Nörobilim Dalında’da çalışma üyesidir. 2003 yılında yayımlanmaya başlanan Nörokuantoloji Dergisi’nin yayımcısı, isim babası ve baş editörüdür. Sinir bilimleri üzerine yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında yayımlanan birçok dergide bilimsel makaleler yazmaktadır. Sn. Dr. Tarlacı’yı konuşmasını yapmak üzere buraya davet ediyoruz.

Tarih boyunca, bir takım paranormal güçleri, diğer insanlardaki tezahür derecelerinin çok ötesindeki bir seviyede, kendilerine özgü melekeler ve yetenekler aracılığıyla sürekli olarak yansıtabilen çeşitli kişiler görülmüştür. Bu hassas (psişik)kişilerin, yakın zamanlarda yaşamış olan en önemli bir örneğini de Amerika'nın ünlü 'uyuyan kahini" Edgar Cayce oluşturmaktadır. Cayce, talepatik - durugörü - kehanet açıklarmaları ile tanınır. Günümüzde ise Batı Dünyasında birçok yeni isim ortaya çıkmış ve çıkmaktadır. Bunların arasında, başta Uri Geller olmak üzere Peter Hurkos, Gerard Croiset, Ingo Swann, Jack Schwarz, Ted Serios ve Malcolm Bessent'i sayabiliriz.
